  7. Loan calculating has never been this easy!  Loan Chief is a financial
  8. software program designed with ease and flexibility in mind. It comes
  9. complete with a variety of loan tools for calculating  Loan Amortiza-
  10. tion Schedules, Loan Charts  and Loan  Calculators  for  solving  for
  11. missing values. Each financial tool contains a  variety of options to
  12. allow maximum flexibility.

  14. The Loan Amortization  tool allows  variable payments, interest rates
  15. and  compounding  methods.  Professional  schedules can  be generated
  16. with  monthly,  quarterly,  semi-annual  or  annual  detail.  Special
  17. options are  available  to  illustrate the  savings incurred  with an
  18. early  payoff of a loan.  Several predefined acceleration methods are
  19. available  in addition  to a variable  payment which  allows  optimum
  20. flexibility.  Accelerated  schedules can  be illustrated side by side
  21. with the original schedule.  Another special option is the ability to
  22. show tax savings with mortgages.

  24. The Loan Chart  tool  produces  a chart  of loan  values based on the
  25. criteria  you select.  You select  the type  of loan  values you want
  26. computed--it may  e loan payments, loan principal  amounts, months in
  27. a loan or the interest rate.  Once you choose what you  want to solve
  28. for, you enter one of the remaining loan values as a constant and the
  29. other two as a  range of values.  A chart is produced solving for all
  30. loan values specified in the ranges.

  32. Loan Chief is  a menu  driven program that  also contains  an on-line
  33. manual and individual help for each input to allow the user to easily
  34. navigate  and  understand  the  program.  Configuration  options  are
  35. available for selecting screen colors and printers.
